Booking Terms, Website Terms, Privacy, Disclaimer, Cookies and Access Statement

Prices and Payment

All prices are per room for 2 persons and include a full English Breakfast.

Single occupancy is available with a supplement which varies according to the season and the length of stay.

We are able to take cards for payment, preferably a debit card, but most credit cards are also acceptable. We are also able to take on-line payment via BACS.

Deposits

A deposit equivalent to the first nights stay is required at the time of booking. It is also possible to pre-authorise your card for the first night.

Pets

We are sorry that we are unable to take pets as we are a working farm.

Children

We welcome children age 8 and over. Occasionally we do have younger children please enquire.

Weekend Bookings

We ask for a minimum stay of 2 nights at weekends and also in the main summer season through the week. There is a 3 night minimum stay at bank holiday weekends. Sometimes there is a gap in the calendar for one night stays so please ring to enquire 01929480712.

Cancellation and Insurance

Bookings can be cancelled up to two weeks before arrival free of charge. (There is an administration charge of £5 if you have paid by card.)
If a guest cancels less than 2 weeks the first night is payable.
If a guest cancels less than 1 week the total cost of the stay is payable (If I am able to rebook the room for some or all of the nights I will refund the guests payment less an admin fee).

Please make sure you have suitable travel insurance

Non-availability of Accommodation

We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Arrival

Check in is normally 4.30pm - 7pm. Please contact us for alternative arrangements.

Departure

On the day of your departure we kindly request that you vacate your room by 10.30am to allow us time to prepare the room for our next guests.

Cleaning

During your stay your room will be cleaned on a daily basis, toiletries replenished and towels changed as necessary which means we will need to access your room sometime between 10.45 and 12.30. If you do not wish for us to do this please let us know.

Single Occupancy

This is always difficult as I do not have any single rooms. There will always be a supplement to pay but this will vary depending upon the time of year, and how many nights. In the peak summer months it will always be nearly the full room price.

Dietry Requirements

Due the nature of us being a working farm and offering a full English breakfast using some of our produce, please do not be put off by this. If you prefer a vegetarian option we are happy to oblige and you will find the menu caters for all! Please let us know if there any other items you would like supplied ie Gluten free bread, and we will do our best to help. Please also inform us of any allergies you may have.

We hope that this long list has not put you off, but rules dictate that we have to conform, but please be assured that a warm welcome awaits you at Bradle Farm.

Whilst we have no facilities for the fully disabled we welcome enquiries from guests with disabilities so we can discuss their needs. Our access statement can be downloaded below.
